I've spent 20+ years in TV and radio — including years as a familiar face on BBC Weather — learning how to make people feel at ease, whether they're on camera, on stage, or in the audience.
These days my work sits across two things I love: freelance TV presenting and live event hosting, and keynote speaking and baby loss advocacy. Different rooms, same Kay — warm, prepared, and genuinely all in.
